REPAIRS TO RCC STRUCTURES IN EVAPORATION SECTION

Plastering with CM 1:3, 6mm to 30mm thick to all the faces of beams and columns at all levels of about 35 M from GL, mainly to underside of beams including chipping and removing the damaged portion , cleaning the surface of concrete, removing the rust over reinforcement wherever required, applying a coat of polymeric rust converter of approved make(CHELADE or equivalent), cost of necessary steel scaffolding works , curing, disposing the debris at places pointed out anywhere within the company premises etc. complete.

Repairs to RCC structures by providing GI chicken wire mesh (wire gauge 0.4mm-1.4mm) of approved make including plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm to 18mm thick, providing necessary steel scaffolding (refer manual for standard scaffolding), chipping and removing the damaged portion of concrete removing the rust over reinforcement whereever required, applying a coat of Polymeric rust converter of approved make (CHELADE or equivalent), curing , disposal of debris at places pointed out by the Enginner in charge within the company premises etc complete at all heights upto 35m form GL.

Cement grout washing one coat to the exterior faces of slabs ,columns and beams at all levels of about 35M from GL, cost of necessary steel scaffolding works, cost of all labour and materials, curing etc complete
