Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil including forming sides and bottom surface to required levels / slops / gradients and getting out complete.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering well, ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing at a leve n exc 1.5 m above starting point complete.

Cast iron bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tees pieces single branches, ‘Y’ junction, double branch cross (all sockets or socket & spigot) collar, caps and plugs etc upto 150 mm bore size complete.

Taking up cast iron / DI pipe line (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead for the following bore of pipes:-

Supply ,laying jointing,commissioning and testing Ductile iron pipe with spigot and socket end centrifugally cast(spun) class K-9 conforming to IS-8329-2K in any length laid in trenches including rubber tighten joint as required at site complete all as specified and directed of following size :-

Supply and fix of ball type foot valve of 150 mm size flanged (B- 05N) with body and cover grey cast iron FG-200, synthetic rubber coated (reinforced) ball headed tin bronze ( IS- 318) rubber seat carbon fastners, ISI-1363 marked, class A & strainer (CI/MS) with maximum working pressure of 15 Kg / sqcm complete.

Repair to leaking lead joint of any dia CI pipe line upto 200 mm bore by caulking and inserting extra lead wherever required and making joint leak proof as required. Note - (i) Extra lead will be measured separately under relevant item of the schedule as supply only. (ii) Excavation, earth work wherever required shall be measured separately under relevant item of Schedule.

Supply only lead wool (caulking lead) confirming to IS- 782-1978.

Supply only superior quality spun yarn.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with locking arrangements of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x1200 mm depth (internal size), brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, internal walls plastered with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement, 40 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation 75 mm thick with and including necessary excavation & earth work in soft / loose soil complete.

Cleaning of Swimming Pool, removing sludge / sand / dirt by means of manual / sludge removing pump, cleaning the pool with bleached water and washing with sodium hydrochloride liquid, drying and applying one coat of lime wash internally and spraying anti bacteria liquid, incluing sand filters complete

Dismantling suction sweeper pump set, 2HP/3HP capacity reassembling the same after repair/replacement of the following spares including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface over a coat of red oxide primer :-

Dismantling rotor & stator of suction sweeper and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge/specifications including replacement of ball bearings front & rear

S & F hariflex PVC flexible pipe for suction/delivery of suction sweeper 50mm dia complete with clamps, nuts ,bolts, washer etc including taking out the old/unserviceable one complete.

M & L Mechanical type collar joint made of MS sheet of size 6/8 mm thick along with rubber gasket nuts bolts and washers suitable for 80mm bore dia CI/DI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
