SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5mt. depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in Any type of soil (Excavation works is carried out manually not mechanically (Not used JCB).

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & leveling of Brickwork or stone/boulder laid dry and proper base for duct near sea portion bouder removed up to depth 1.50mtr and throw aways not exc 10mtr at though out length of duct up 1800 mtr. Near Sea portion at Jetty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter in rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L RCC M-25 (using 20mm garded stone agg) as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc., basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

RCC M-25 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils.

Removal of excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5M above the starting point. all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Sand filling under floors,duct or in foundation including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors as a weep hole in RCC wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and staking of murrum /binding material including coveyance and filing measuring boxes and spreading murrum for filling the gaps in metal and levelling to camber and gradientetc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs set in cement Mortar 1:4 and finished all exposed surfaces of concrete even and fair without using extra cement.

Dismentaling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded and dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L refixing Machine pressed pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any colour any shape complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine Precast Precast concrete interlocking paver block of any colour any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of rubber mouleded 80mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey and pigment.

Taking down existing XLPE 11000 volts HT Cable of size 120 to 240 Sqmm from existing trench and setting aside safely without any damage for re laying of same into the duct all as directed.

Laying only 11KV XLPE HT Cable of size 120 to 240 Sqmm cable laid in ducts by manual labor by means of winches or other mechanical means all as per IS : 1255 • 1983 all as specified and directed. Note for Ser Item No 20 & 21: 1. All T &P required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. If any damage caused during taking down of existing cable should be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.

Supply, Laying, connecting, testing and commissioning and jointing, HT under ground cable of size 240 sqmm 3 core, 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured with galvanised round steel wire or steel strip, electric power cables heavy duty, with multi stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches, ducts, fixed on poles/walls with proper size saddles and clamp laid under roads/path/drain/culverts etc., testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Polycab/Havells/RR Kabel

Supply & fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm. Make : M-seal/Denson/3M
