Earth work in Hill Road (Hill side cutting): Excavation in hilly area for Construction of road in all types of Soils, Rocks and E&B ect. As met at site, true to lines as per Pland, L-Section, Cross Slope, Super Elevation as required, also including uprooting & cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all Lifts & Leads required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated n Drawings by mechanical means/manual means without otherwise damaging the Forest, Forest Land, Utilities, Private and Public Properties, including Slip clearance till the completion of the work as per "SPECIAL CONDITION FOR HILL ROAD CUTTING AND MUCK DISPOSAL IN LUMP-SUMP JOB" mentioned as SBD Clause 7.1of Section 4 (Part-II) Special Condition of Contract as directed by Engineer-In-Charge as per MORD Specification Clause 1601, 1602 & 1603.

Excavation in foundation for structures in all types of soils and rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specification clause 305 (R/W, B/W, Parapet, Culvert, Hume Pipe, Causeway, Bridge, Dry Scupper, Catchpit, drain etc.)

Construction of R. R . stone masonary in cement mortar 1:5 including supply of all materials, labour, t&p & royaltyetc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specifications Clause 700 &1604. (R/W, B/W, Parapet, Culvert, Hume Pipe, Causeway, Bridge, Dry Scupper, Catchpit, drain etc.)

Construction of R. R. stone masonary laid dry including supply of all materials, labour, t&p & royalty etc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specifications Clause 700 &1604. (R/W, B/W, Dry Scupper, Catchpit etc.)

HP stone filling in back of structures including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specification clause 1604.7. (R/W, B/W, Parapet, Culvert, Hume Pipe, Causeway, Bridge, Dry Scupper, Catchpit etc.)

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions (Zinc plus PVC coated), of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm,mesh wire diameter 2.7mm/3.7mm, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.4/4.4 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2/3.2 mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions)

Providing edge stones on valley side of formation as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD Specification Clause 1608.4

Providing and laying of concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations for structures including supply of all materials, labour,t&p&royalty etc,required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clause 800 , 1202 & 1203 for P.C.C grade M 10. Nominal mix 1:3:6 . (Parapet, Culvert, Hume Pipe, Causeway, Bridge, Dry Scupper, Catchpit etc.)

15 mm thick Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 including supply of all materials, labour,t&p&royalty etc,required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clauses No.613.4. (Culvert,Parapet, Bridge, drain etc.)

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 including supply of all materials, labour,t&p&royalty etc,required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clauses No.613.3 (Culvert, Causeway, Bridge, parapet etc.)

Providing and laying 25 mm thick P.C.C. Coping Layer 1:2:4 cement concrete for Parapet Wall.

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree turnks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1916 of MoRD specifications for Rural Roads 2014.

Construction of unlined surface drains (trapezoidal) of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307.

Construction of C.R stone masonary laid in 1:4 cement sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour, t&p & royalty etc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specifications Clause 704.4.

WBM Grading 2-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means

WBM Grading 3-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Primer coat:- Providing and applying primer coat Low porosity with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) complying with IS 8887 on prepared surface of granuiar base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.00 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat:- Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (rapid Setting RS-1Grade complying with IS: 8887) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Premix Carpet:- 20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Bitumen (VG-10)

Seal Coat- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Bitumen (VG-10)

SEEDING AND MULCHING- Preparation of seed bed on previously laid top soil, furnishing and piacing of seeds, fertilizer. Mulching material, applying bituminous emulsion at the rate of 0.231 per sqm and laying and fixing jute netting, including watering for 3 months all as per clause 310 & S.No 8.11 MORD Specification 1600 & 300.

Protection of Loose place & Slope Protection- Providing fixing of maxfalt empty Drums including /Providing steel Bar @12 mm Dia two nos, horizontaly for interlocking with eart filling and placing properly in a row including all labour and material directed as per Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and fixing of kilometer stone as per standard drawing made of precast R:C:C 1:2:4 fixed with C.C 1:3:6 including excavation of pit, painting and printing letters on kilometer stone with two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved .

Providing and fixing of PMGSY Logo board at end point and every 2 Km, as per attached standard drawing duly painted and writen as per MORD specification and direction by Engineer in charge
