Taking out UNSV UG cables of any sizes from trenches/walls incl all mounting accessories incl making good to disturbed areas complete all as specified

Dismantling unserviceable PCC/RCC/steel poles Pole of any description and any size including Demolition Cement Concrete (if required on Ground) and Made Good disturbed Ground, complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE : Unserviceable Pole will be dismantled at Ground Level and disturbed Ground will Made Good as directed for which Earthwork, Demolition Cement Concrete, etc. will not be Measured and Paid separately.

Supply laying and testing cable Weather proof flat three core multistranderd copper cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm including Taking down complete all as specified

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised iron strip or wire armoured electric cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with standards Al. conductor of size 16 Sq.mm 4 core complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

M&L sand cushioning in trenches using clean dry riddle sand for cable cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down will be measured and paid.

Supply and lay sub class "B" burnt bricks, as in cable protection, laid length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling of soil including spreading leveling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of 8 mtr high hot dip galvanised octagonal poles with top dia 70mm and bottom dia 135mm, sheet thickness 3mm minimum and 75 micron of gavanisation. The pole should with alien key doors between gaskit for mounting MCB and electrical teminators 1 mtr above the ground, pole should come with base plate with thickness 16mm with nut bolts arrangements with double arm bracket for mounting the street light complete all as specified . Make : Crompton Model No. HM-1108P or Equivalent in Bajaj/ Crompton

Supply and fixing of Pre-stressed concrete pole, 9 mtrs long 102 mm x 152 mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom class 10 complete all as specified

M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete, etc. including formwork as required/ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles including formwork as required/ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F LED in repair of street light fittings 45 Watt energy saving LED street light made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and high power LED as secondary optics, IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 including necessary electrical connection from overhead conductor to light fittings including GI bracket made out of GI pipe 32 mm dia medium grade, 1.5 mtr long bent to shape and fixing on poles with MS clamps of suitable sizes including dismantling/taking out old unserviceable street light fittings of any description and removing of dismantled material from work site complete all as directed. S & F LED in repair of street light of 60 W powder coated pressure dia cast aluminium LED housing. LED's are provided with secondary lens optics..internal surge 4kv and External surge protection of 10 kv provided for additional safety. Luminar should have CCT of 5700, CRI>70,IP 66 protection, Ik07,PF>95, THD <10%, operating voltage range of 120-280v AC, and lumiaire effcay greater than 120lm/watt. M&L Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 50mm bore (dia), light grade with Bend, laid in Trenches or under Roads/ Flooring/ Culverts and/or fixing to Electric Poles with suitable size Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground /earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI strip of 32x6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3, including necessary earth work and excavation , charcoal dust, common salt, PCC chamber, RCC cover 40mm thick 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars 75mm C/C both ways, test point and watering pipe complete, including connecting to earthing test point or to DB / Panel complete as directed by Engr in charge and testing resistance etc complete, including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i)The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for main earth lead from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 m only. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance not optained as per IE rules the earthing will be redone by the contractor as directed by Engr in charge with out any extra cost to Govt.

S & F in repair of 20 mm size non metallic PVC conduit including all fittings and fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
