Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like upto any thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectangular, polygonal in plan including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beam beams haunching cantilevers girders bressumers and lintels of any depth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls of any width including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits, excluding landing but including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement : two sand : four graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying upto all floor level M-20 grade design mixed of cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated with minimum cement content 320 Kg. (Three hundred twenty kilogram) per cubic metre with graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect work in:-

In suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies beams girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

In columns, pillars posts and struts upto floor all level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

In stair cases (except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in all floors including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying upto all floor level M-20 grade design mixed of cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated with minimum cement content 320 Kg. (Three hundred twenty kilogram) per cubic metre with graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Chajjas not exceeding 10cm (ten centremetre) thickness upto floor all level including finishing the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (one cemnt : three sand) to give a smooth and even surface and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying cement slurry on R.C.C. slab or cement concrete work using 2.75kg (two point seven five kilogram) of cement per square metre of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including roughening cleaning of the concrete surface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing throating or plaster drip and moulding to R.C.C. chajjas and walls including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved kiln in super structure upto all floor height and depth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Second class half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks of approved kiln in super structure above plinth level upto floor all level in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) including curing, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including raking out joints in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including cring, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick prelaminated board both side bwp phenol bonded exterior/interior grade panelled shutters with 35mm (thirty five millimetre) thick frame styles and rails of first class deodar wood for doors including bright finished/black enameled iron butt hings with necessary screws as per architectural drawing and approved specification including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminum sliding door bolt 300x16mm (Three hundred into sixteen millimeter) anodized transparent or died to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etcetra as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts (Barrel type) 200x10mm (Two hundred into ten millimeter) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etcetra as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing aluminum handles 100mm (One hundred millimetre) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with necessary screws etcetra as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing 100mm (one hundred millimetre) bright finished brass floor door stopper with rubber cushion screws etcetra to suit shutter thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. plain grills of required pattern and design in iron frames of windows etcetra with flats square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm (forty millimetre) wide and 4mm (four millimetre) thick glass strips in joints terrazzo floors including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

40mm (forty millimeter) thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded,crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete of floors, steps, landing and pavements etcetrea as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Cement plaster skriting 15mm (fifteen millimetre) thick (upto any height) with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) finished with a floating of neat cement including rounding of junction with floor including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 100mm (one hundred millimetre) diametre pipes on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5kg/sqm (four point five kilogram Per Square Metre) including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing angle iron door, window, clerestory window frame manufactured from steel Angle iron section of 35x35x4mm, and MS flat iron section of 50x4mm thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb, beed and if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 50x25mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means, lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel but hinges 2.5mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock observer as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer aftert preteatemnt of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing steel glazed framed shutter of Z-section with 4mm (four millimetre) thick glass panes with putty for doors, windows and clearestory windows required shape and section with fitting and necessary screws etcetera including fixing iron hinges with necessary screws inluding applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per approved specification/design including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing steel wire guage shutter in Z- section using galvainsed MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85g (eighty five gauge) with wire of diametre 0.56mm (zero point five six millimetre) for doors, windows and clearestory windows including metal beading of approved quality and shape section with necessary steel screws inluding applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per approved specification/design including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp Type-1 of 16mm (sixteen millimetre) diametre bar bent to shape with hooked ends in R.C.C. slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop, all as per standard design including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 85cm (eighty five centimetre) height railing with MS rectangular hollow pipe 75x50mm (seventy five into fifty millimetre) of 14 (fourteen) gauge M.S.black sheet make hand rail and M.S. square bars 20mm (twenty millimetre) size ballusters at 30cm (thirty centimetre) centre to centre duly welded with to 2 Nos. (two numbers) MS flate 40x6mm (forty into six millimetre) size and 20mm (twenty millimetre) M.S. square bars lugs 10cm. (ten centimetre) long at lower end of ballusters embeded in reinforced cement concrete steps or waist slab including priming coat of steel primer and painting with steel enamal paint other than white as per design and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint other than white brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces, with ready mixed paint other than white to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm (six millimeter) thick cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droopings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth on walls including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated ceiling and/or slopping roofs (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm (fifty millimeter) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth including curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm (seventy five millimeter) thick (unconsolidated) bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Constructing course rubble hammer dressed U-Shape open surface drain with side wall 15x22cm (fifteen into twenty two centimetre) in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) including earth work and laying 10cm (ten centimetre) cement concrete in 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten graded, crushed stone aggregate of 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and 7.5cm (seven point five centimetre) cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded, crushed stone aggregate of twenty millimetre nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
