Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. 2.40.5 Play grounds / Public parks (1Mali for 2.00Acre).

Supply of pesticides, insecticides, manure as and when required to maintain the plants, lawn and trees etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Cleaning and Sweeping of Lawn / Garden area and keep it neat and clean by mechanized method / manually, remove litter,debries, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc. including disposal of collected waste in dustbin/ designated place, as per direction of officer -in- charge (All T & P, materials/ articles shall be provided by the contractor.) 2.59.2 For Other Prime Area

Dahlia single in different colour with fresh & healthy foliage well developed with 6 to 8 half blooming buds in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot.

Marigold(Tagetes) inca hybrid different colour having 30 cm and above ht., with 6 to 8 flowers in bloom & blooming condition, well developed pot should be fully covered with fresh and healthy, foliage and flowers in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot.

Sunflower hybrid well developed 15 to 20 cm ht. with fresh & healthy foliage at blooming stage in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot.

Petunia hybrid different colour single well developed in full bloom in 20 cm Earthen/Plastic Pot.

Washing and cleaning with soap water and rubbing with oil cloth in all types of floor and dado.

Supply of all types of cleaning materials/toileteries and necessary machinery as required to clean the floor, toilet, stair etc. & as per direction of EIC.
