Part - A : Arrangement of Mortuary Cooler Chamber SUB-HEAD -- 1 SITC of 4 Body Mortuary Chamber Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Mortuary Chamber unit for 04 (four) bodies with Insulation of PUF Panel of 80mm thick (approx.), cam lock arrangement etc. to make a chamber of approx. size of 2110mm(W) x 2400mm(D) x 1785mm(H) - (2 Column & 2 Row). Height of the cooling unit above mortuary cabinet 600mm. The body is made of SS304 corrosion resistant stainless steel. The wall, ceiling & floor will be fabricated with modular panels of 100% foamed 80mm thick polyurethane insulation of 40 (+/-2) kg/cum density, the blowing agent will be Cyclopentane which is eco-freindly & having zero ODP and foaming process should comply TUV standards & CCOE certification. Internal lighting will be equipped with waterproof CFL lamps, insulated multi doors are molded and stainless steel and externally locked, situated up front. Mortuary unit should be equipped with microprocessor based digital control panel to control temperature between (+) 2 Deg.C to (+) 6 Deg.C.

The carriage assembly should be have telescopic action, trolleys will be made of steel & sliding on telescopic rail and trays will be made of SS304 stainless steel with tubular edge. Refrigeration Unit is of unitary type, consisting of both evaporating and condensing unit in an integrated frame and is capable of being mounted on the cutout in the modular insulated ceiling of cabinet. The mounting should be made in such a way, it necessarily breaks and conductivity of and between the inside evaporating and outside condensing unit is housed in an insulated compartment outside the chamber, factory assembled, pre-charged and tested for ready field installation. Refrigeration unit model- RTU06SS- 4 x 2 Sets (1 Working + 1 Standby), Capacity- 6000 BTUH, evaporator fan- 800 CFM, evaporator coil- inner grooved copper tubes, 4 row, 8 FPI, Refrigerant- R404A (Mortuary Cooler Unit is CE Certified) (Make : Blue Star, Model- BMC-406-SS-4 or equivalent make as approved by EIC) after dismantling the existing old one. Part - B : Allied Electrical Installation work SUB-HEAD 2 -- DISTRIBUTION WIRING Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make- RR Kabel / Polycab / Havells / Finolex) partly in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) [for ceiling portion only] and in 19mm bore, 3mm thick polythene pipe [for horizontal & vertical run embedded in wall], with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board on wall complete with 2 no. “Ph & N” copper bar incl. bakelite/ Perspex top cover 3 mm thick and incl.175x100x65mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish. SUB-HEAD 3 -- PLUGS & SOCKETS Supply & Fixing 240 V, 1 no. 6A, & 1 no. 20A plug socket with separate 1 no. 6A & 1 no. 20A Piano key type switch (Make- Anchor) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 200x150x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite /perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required. SUB-HEAD 5 -- POLYTHENE PIPE, PVC CONDUIT & COPPER WIRES Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] of following sizes on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works. 20 mm size [7(a)/ E- 16]

Cutting channel of 40 mm x 40 mm size on masonry wall by Electric operated cutting machine incl. supplying & fixing of heavy gauge Polythene pipe of following diameter as per GS. 19 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe without earth continuity wire [6(a)/E-3]

Supply & fixing of 230V, 50Hz, 24 hrs. Digital Time Switch (Make- L&T GIC, Crono 67DDTO) in existing 4 way SS enclosure for controlling of exhaust fan as per direction of EIC. [NS]

Dismantling of the existing old damaged unusable electrical installtaion incl. electrical wiring, switch boards, fittings-fixtures, DB boxes & other materials by Co's own tools & tackels and shifting the same to site store & mending good the damages as per direction of EIC. (considering 1no. semiskilled & 1 no. unskilled manpower) [NS]

SUB-HEAD 7 -- FIXING OF LIGHT FITTINGS Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm below the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length. SUB-HEAD 8 -- SUPPLY OF LIGHT FITTINGS Supply & delivery of Single LED Fitting (20 watt, 230 V AC, 50 Hz with CCT (5700K -6500K, THD< 10%, built in 2.5 KV SPD) with all accessories and 1 no. polycarbonate LED Tubelight as directed by EIC, Luminious efficacy > 105 & <120 Lumen/watt. The LED luminaves & accessories shall have BEE certification. (Make- Philips (Signify)/ Crompton/ Wipro)

Supplying & Fixing MS fan clam of two piece type for RC ceiling as per approved specification, fabricated from 40 mm x 9 mm MS flat including making good damages to building roof with satisfactory finishing and painting – (As per Drawing no. 475 of PWD Specification Book – May 1991) [29/D-14]

SUB HEAD 12 -- LAYING OF CABLE Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting. [2(b)/F-1]

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed [1(a)/F-2]
