Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for like MH cover etc and removal all rubbish material outside of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal all rubbish material outside of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, including finishing the joint, flush as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, except stone i.e. using old serviceable stone obtained from demolition under serial item No. 4.00 (here-in-before), uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, including finishing the joint, flush as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40 mm; to block in course masonry, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size made with grey cement and pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments as in floors, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying full body vitrified matt finish paving tiles of size 300x300x10mm thick suitable for exterior areas, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles, confirming as per IS 15622:2017, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast (factory casted) cement concrete kerb stone casted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with plain or interlocking joints (as directed) including making groove in ground of desired dimension, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, placing in position, set and jointed in CM 1:4, making good distrubed surface of ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 75 mm dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and laid in trenches/floor and including taking down old unserviceable existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or concrete surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of suitable primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered or concrete surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of suitable primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil, each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm around foundation concrete as ordered, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying three coats of white wash after preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching & including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the BOQ.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement & including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as directed. Note :- Measurment shall be taken only for inner girth.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces & including necessary Formwork, set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 300 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars & including demolition and breaking up existing drain pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 450 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars & including demolition and breaking up existing drain pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 600 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars & including demolition and breaking up existing drain pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel work of angle iron or flat iron etc for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts ; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for mild steel round bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape and provided as support to chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size /type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing, including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. & including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only Chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

S & F of galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line of wire to be measured) & including dismantling of old wire fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15mm shank dia neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and dia of neck exceeding 10mm but n.exc 15mm complete all as specified and directed.
