Notes to Price Format

The bidder to quote prices inclusive of all applicable taxes/duties for completion of services as per scope of work. No payment other than above line items shall be made during the contract period.

The rates mentioned above inclusive of mobilization, de-mobilization. The charges for packing, transportation (to & fro), insurance etc. shall be payable at actual subject to submission of documentary evidence and limited to the amount quoted.

No advance payment shall be made by ONGC. Payment shall be made as per payment terms mentioned in SCC.

Bidder are required to ascertain themselves, the prevailing rates of GST and all other taxes and duties as applicable on the scheduled date of submission of Price Bids and ONGC would not undertake any responsibility whatsoever in this regard.

Price validity shall be for the entire period of the contract including extension thereof if any.

The contractor shall provide all the necessary compliances/ Invoice/ documents for enabling ONGC to avail input tax credit benefits, in respect of the payments of GST which are payable against the contract.

GST registration number of ONGC, Hazira Plant Surat is 24AAACO1598A4ZQ; PAN No: AAACO1598A.

For quoting rate of GST: Bidder to quote the numerical value of the GST percentage without % symbol.

As mentioned under Price Schedule and operationally pertains to Condensate Processing group and Gas Processing Group, one point responsibility is desired to be fixed on one Single Contractor. As such, the entire work of “Fabrication, Supply and Installation of Manhole Covers for Columns and Vessels and Nameplates for Marking of PWS, OWS, SWD & SCTP pits" essentially required to be undertaken by one single contractor only. Bidders to note that work to be awarded based upon TOTAL COST FOR THE ENTIRE WORK, including GST in INR (Same will be considered for Evaluation).

Bidders to note that the entire work of “Fabrication, Supply and Installation of Manhole Covers for Columns and Vessels and Nameplates for Marking of PWS, OWS, SWD & SCTP pits" includes both material & services requirements as mentioned in the scope of work. Hence for the entire work completion all activities, which are deemed to be performed, executed and supplied by the contractor for completion of work as stipulated in the Scope and cost thereof is to be included. Non- familiarity and non- identification by the Bidder/ Contractor, of any works will not be considered as a reason either for extra claims or for not carrying out the work in strict conformity with specifications and instructions of Company Representative and Contract Document.

Bidder is required to quote for entire work & lowest qualified bidder will be finalized based upon the bidder who has quoted for the entire work of scope all activities for “Fabrication, Supply and Installation of Manhole Covers for Columns and Vessels and Nameplates for Marking of PWS, OWS, SWD & SCTP pits”. Partial bidding will not be considered for ascertaining lowest bidder. Bidders are required to acquaint themselves with the actual site conditions & understand that the requirement of all types of material, tools tackles, etc. & all other activities is in their scope Accordingly, Bidder should prepare their estimates and absorb all variations in their quoted prices.
