APPENDIX A - Topographic survey
OD192901/2024-2025:Establishing DGPS control points on TOR steel bar of 10 mm dia fixed in RCC pillar of size 20X20X70cm embedded in concrete M15 up to a depth of 40 cm and the balance 30 cm above the ground shall be painted yellow
OD192899/2024-2025:Detailed topographic survey using Total station/mobile Lidar and preparation of site plan of minimum of 15m on either side of the centre line and taking cross section details at 25m intervals on straight roads and 10m interval on curves ( survey includes details of all features as mentioned in the scope of the in plain terrain work within the limit of survey). The survey shall be include establishing DGPS Control points at starting and ending of the project in pairs and at 4Km intervals (in pairs) in plain and rolling terrain and 2.5Km intervals ( in pairs) in hilly terrains. It shall also include establishing inter visible traverse control points note more than 250m apart with accuracy at least 1:10000 and desirable 1:20000 in distance measurement. Elevations on each of the control points connected to MSL of GTS Bench marks. Using precision levelling. Separate bench marks need not be established. Including Taking sufficient Color copy prints (5nos)
OD192900/2024-2025:Establishing traverse control points with elevations on pillar of size 15cmX15cmX60cm M20 grade RCC pillar with a nail fixed on the top surface. The pillars shall be embedded in the concrete. Spacing 250 m apart as a bench mark - control pillar. The spacing shall be maximum 250 m apart and inter visible. No separate bench mark need to be established
APPENDIX B - Traffic survey
OD192904/2024-2025:Conducting turning movement survey at Four arm junction for one day for peak hours (7am to 11 am and 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm) by recording the classified volume count in the prescribed format, including provision for engaging technicians and setting up of station etc. and compiling the data and submitting the same in hard and soft copy etc. complete as per the instructions of PWD official

APPENDIX- D Pavement Composition
OD192920/2024-2025:Study of pavement composition by cutting open pit at tar edge to get the details of layers (thickness and type ) of pavement composition - at one location as suggested by the engineer in charge carefully by excavating pit of area 1.00x 0.60m through overlaying bituminous and granular layer including BC, DBM/BM, WMM and GSB at tar edge and refilling and compacting the excavated pit to lines and levels with excavated materials as directed by the departmental officers at site and reporting the pavement composition with photographs and measurements specifying the type of layers
APPENDIX- E BBD
OD194492/2024-2025:Conducting one test consisting of taking deflection at 10points at 50m interval on one km stretch according to specification given in 81-1997, number of test conducted is as directed by the engineer in charge- conducting laboratory test to get moisture content and soil classification as per IS standards - For arranging equipment for testing 1km test taking one and half hour - Calculating Characteristic deflection of one test from one test data obtained from part 1 ( one test data means comprising of taking deflection at 10 points at 50m interval in 1km stretch according to the specification given in IRC81-1997) and submitting in hard and soft copy
APPENDIX- F Soil Collection and testing
OD194478/2024-2025: Conducting Soil Classification test, Modified Proctor Test, and CBR test as per the IS Code guidelines and making report of one soil sample
OD194479/2024-2025: CBR - Collection of sub-grade soil sample at 500m interval carefully by excavating pit of area 1.0*0.6m through overlying bituminous and granular layer or from subgrade of formation area as directed by the engineer in charge for laboratory test and filling back and compacting the excavated pit to lines and levels with excavated materials as directed by the departmental officer at site.

56.1.a:Mobilization including transportation of all necessary plant and equipment's and materials of boring, field testing and sampling and demobilization after completing the work - For machine boring
56.17.1:Providing access to the site,clearing site and making good to erecting and conducting soil testing transfers within the site and for any other temporary arrangements to be erected within the area in connection with conducting soil testing.

56.5.a:Boring through all classes of rock excluding hard rocks having N value greater than 50 using tungsten carbide drilling bit - In land
56.7:Conducting standard penetration test in bore hole at any depth.
56.8:Recovering disturbed samples and preserving the same in air tight sample containers including waxing labelling packing storing including cost of containers as per IS Code.
56.11.a:Compilation of all field data with recommendation for a suitable foundation after conducting necessary lab test (report in triplicate) - Machine boring for 5 bore holes.
