REPAIR AND MAINT OF BOREWELLS, WATER FILTERATION SYSTEM (RO PLANT), CLEANING OF UG SUMPS AT DEFENCE LAB JODHPUR

M&L for Inspection, checking of defect, repair and replacement of defective parts, sensor of existing RO Plant of capacity 20000 LPH as per to meet the required condition of water by back washing, cleaning of membrane, cleaning of cartridge filter, servicing of chemical dozer, calibration of level indicator, cleaning of chemical Tank and all control valves etc and submit the water quality report of RO Plant by collecting the sample of water (raw water and treated water) after carried out all work as mentioned above and as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (a) The periodicity of visit in each month but in case of some emergency or fault occurance within 48 hours to be attended by contractor or his rep, authroised RO plant specialist/manufacturer complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Spare parts for replacement and chemical required for servicing of RO plant shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule. (c) The cost of replacement of small parts such as nuts, bolts, washer, screws, thimble lugs, gasket, rubber washer, wires etc and cost for testing of water quality sample shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (d) All tools, plant, equipment etc required for service shall be arranged by contractor at his own without any extra cost.

M&L cleaning of RCC under ground sump (Raw Water ) of total capacity 400000 Ltrs incl dewatering the sump with water lifting pump, descaling internal surfaces of under ground sump with wire brush, removing the deposited mud/silt from inside the sump complete, washing with bleaching powder and flush water two times and again dewatering, applying two coats of lime wash inside the sump including writing capacity of tank, date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint of white tint over black base (minimum size of letter 5 mm thick and 15 cm in height) complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cleaning of RCC under ground sump (Treated Water) of total capacity 200000 Ltrs incl dewatering the sump with water lifting pump, descaling internal surfaces of under ground sump with wire brush, removing the deposited mud/silt from inside the sump complete, washing with bleaching powder and flush water two times and again dewatering, applying two coats of lime wash inside the sump including writing capacity of tank, date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint of white tint over black base (minimum size of letter 5mm thick and 15 cm in height) complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully unserviceable any type and size dia CPVC pipe including fitting complete, removing unsv materials from site for keeping in safe custody for reuse of useable items at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unsv CPVC pipes as per IS:15778 of size dia 32 mm bore ,having thermal stability for hot & cold water pressure bearing capacity of SDR 11 pipes @23°C is 28.12kg/cm² & at @82°C 7.03kg/cm² including all CPVC fittings, jointing off pipes, fittings with one step CPVC yellow solvent cement complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note : The rate quoted by contractor includes all SDR 11 CPVC fittings (Elbow, Tee, Socket, Reducer, Bushing, Step over bends, End cap, End Plugs etc) and pipe cutting fixing with CPVC solvent cement including pipe fitting on wall, surface, floors etc as required and testing completion.
