S&F for pressed steel frames size 105 x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, including 25x3 Flat iron 230 mm long hold fast and fixing in PCC making good surface etc., complete all as specified

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C0 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for filling in pressed steel frame of any size, complete all as specied and as directed

S&F for 35 mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on one side and one face covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/ frame to match: supplied and fitted to chowkats, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Factory made PVC cubical partition complete all as directed.

Factory casted 12 mm High Pressure Laminated (HPL) sheet certified to IS-2046 for toilet and shower room partition with approved design and shade by Engr-in-charge; comprising of good quality and high pressure resistance with proper resistance from scratch, abrasion, heat, chemical, impact and moisture resistance along with anti-bacterial resitsance complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made stainless steel hardware set comprising of :- Spring Loaded auto Closed Hinges 3 No., (SS 304) - Coat Hook Cum Door Stopper 1 No., ( SS 304)- Lock cum privacy indicator 1 No., (SS 304)- Round Door Knob 1Pair, (SS 304)- Adjustable Leg height 120mm to 150mm 1 No., (SS 316)- Screw- Rubber and all accesories reqd to make cubicle partition. Note:The hardware quality,size and grade shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge and of stainless steel grade of certified warranty. Make "SUPERFIT/GODREJ/HITACHI".

S&F SS Finish chromium plated top rail of suitable length having section 50 x 32mm or other size to receive 12 mm thick HPL sheet well fitted and make proper finish with the help of screws, adhesives supported by walls or clamps complete all as specified and directed.
