Repair and Protection work of Minor Bridge at Anjan Saheed Chhihi Road km 2

Clearing and Grubbing Road Land :- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar,RCC Work and including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meters(200 feet)

Racking out joints of brick work in cement or lime mortar to a depth of 1 cm (3/8") including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 m. (200)( S.I. No.707)

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy

Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders :-Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement to Table 300-2 (Carted up to 3.00 KM.)

Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications

Removal of existing cement concrete wearing coat including its disposal complete as per Technical Specification without causing any detrimental effect to any part of the bridge structure and removal of dismantled material with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat M 30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing and laying cement concrete M 30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications

Brick masonry work in 1 : 3 in substructure complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Finishing walls with water proof cement Paint. DSR 13.44.1(2023)

Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification.
