Supply, laying, connecting and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install & Commissioning of APFC panel, Rated Voltage 415V AC, 3 phase, 50Hz, as per IEC/61921/IS 8623/ IS 16676, IP42 protection, auto switching, indoor, bottom cable entry floor mounted with Heavy duty MPP capacitor, non compartmentalised, suitable contactors and MCCBs, suitable APFC relay, Super Heavy Duty Square Cap Capacitors of 150 KVAR with 6 steps (2x12.5 + 3x25 + 50) capacity with Incomer MCCB and Capacitor protection MCCBs. The Panel shall be made up of CRCA steel sheet , 2 mm thickness, powder coated as per RAL 7032 with, CTs, digital meters, phase indicating lamp, suitable aluminium bus bar with support automatic temperature control through fans and louvers including external CT and control wire for continuously monitor load condition to Switch ON/OFF relevant capacitor to ensure consistent power factor all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix outdoor double door LT panel made out of MS sheet 3mm thick welded on angle iron frame 40x40x6mm duly grouted in earth including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with locking arrangement and painting with following accessories suitable for incoming/outgoing arrangements:- (a) ACB 800 AMP, 50KA, 4 pole MDO type (Microprocessor based release) - 01 No (b) MCCB, 400 AMP 36KA 4 pole (Adj thermal& adj magnetic) - 03 Nos (c) MCCB 200 AMP 36KA 4 pole (Adj thermal& adj magnetic) - 01 Nos (d) Aluminium bus bar 1600 Amp TPN - 01 Set (e) LCD multi function meter - 01 No (f) Modular indicator 3 phase - 01 Set of three (g) CT of suitable ratio 800/5 A - Set of 3 Nos (h) CT operated AMR meter with GPRS communication with 1 node license addition to existing Elmeasure software.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with and including galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix indoor LT panel for essential loads made out of MS sheet 2mm thick welded on angle iron frame 40x40x6mm duly grouted in floor including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with locking arrangement and painting with following accessories suitable for incoming/outgoing arrangements:- (a) Switch disconnector 4P, 415 V, 400 Amp - 01 No (b) MCCB 100 AMP 25 KA 4 pole - 10 Nos (c) Aluminium bus bar 800 Amp TPN - 01 Set (d) LCD multi function meter - 01 No (e) Modular indicator 3 phase - 01 Set of three (f) CT of suitable ratio 400/5 A - Set of 3 Nos

Supply & Fix indoor LT panel for non essential loads made out of MS sheet 2mm thick welded on angle iron frame 40x40x6mm duly grouted in ground including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with locking arrangement and painting with following accessories suitable for incoming/outgoing arrangements:- (a) Switch disconnector 4P, 415 V, 200 Amp - 01 No (b) MCCB 100 AMP 25 KA 4 pole - 04 Nos (c) Aluminium bus bar 400 Amp TPN - 01 Set (d) LCD multi function meter - 01 No (e) Modular indicator 3 phase - 01 Set of three (f) CT of suitable ratio 200/5 A - Set of 3 Nos

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and not exceeding 1.5metre in wide for laying pipes and getting out soft/loose soil complete as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 metre depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above from the starting point in soil complete as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for sand filling in trenches for cushioning of HT cables punning after filling complete as specified and as directed Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type I as per IS -5820 with flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid dry in trenches over underground cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 100mm dia, road crossing for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing bituminous carpet road/PCC hard standing to a depth of 90CM for laying of pipes/UG cables and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing one complete all as directed.
