RBR-FNDN-1- (I-B-i) - In ordinary soils up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Mechanical means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water lines including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for drain work by mechanical means.

RBR-FNDN-1- ( I-A-i ) In ordinary soils, up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Manual means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 305 MoRD / 304 MoRTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water pipe lines including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete by manual means.

Dewatering pipe line trenches etc, duly bailing out water from the pipe line trenches with oil engine driven pumpsets, including hire charges, fuel charges and wages for Driver and Helper and all other incidental and operational charges including suction and delivery hose, lead of drain in to natural drain etc, complete.

BLD-CSTN- 2-8 modfied in 2021-22 : Filling with sand in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

RBR-FNDN-4: Providing Plain Cement concrete nominal mix M10 grade using 20mm size Graded Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, concrete, ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

RBR-FNDN-4 C (i): Providing R.C.C grade M 20 (Nominal Mix) concrete using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

RBR-FNDN-4 C (i): Providing R.C.C grade M 20 (Nominal Mix) concrete using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

RBR-FNDN-4 II (iii) : Providing P.C.C grade M 15 (MORD), Nominal mix (1:2.5:5) concrete in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

BLD-CSTN-3-13-(30)-C ; RCC M- 25 design mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site , excluding Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

BLD-CSTN-4-1-(34) : Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 500/500D/550D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Carting of surplus excavated rock/Soil within a lead of 6Km from the site to a distance suitable including loading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.

Supply of high performance expansion joint filler board conforming to IS: 1838 - 25 mm THICK

Supplying and fixing of 100mm dia PVC pipes for weep holes including material, labour charges like cutting size, fixing in side wall etc as directed by Engineer- in- charge
