Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Providing Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base , path / hard standing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L cement concrete 100mm thick type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in path/hardstanding complete all as specified and directed. including roughening and making impression on the finished surface with steel wire brush . complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge .Note;- OPC cement grade 43 only shall be used and rates to be deemed in the same item of OPC cement no extra payment shall be made

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 4 mm thick glass dividing strip of figured glass, pin headed type, 73 mm wide inserted in position Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge . e

M&L rubber moulded (coloured glossy finish) factory made,vibratory table method precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness , M-35 grade (ISI Marked ), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigments including and over 25 mm thick sand cushioning for laying of inter locking tiles (paving blocks) complete all as specified and directed (Note : Design/shade of rubber moulded machine presses precast concrete Paver block shall be as approved by GE/Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured glossy finish cement concrete chequered tiles of size 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement and pigment to match the surface of tile as in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone masonry walls including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall including cornices and pillasters etc and applying two coat of cement base paint on wall all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut pre polished kota stone slab as in tread / cill in full length in single peace without joint, with groove cutting in triple line of stair width of stair case over and incl 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including necessary grinding, rubbing and polishing incl full round bull nosing over and inclding 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.
