Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH (RBR-STCL-5).

Earth work excavation in loamy and clavey soils like B.C. Soils, Red earth and ordinary Gravelly soils with an initial lead and lift to 0.50 K.M. away to conveyance of all materials and all type of labour charges to site etc. complete as per S.S.

Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing Well graded material for Grading III mixing in a Mechanical Mix Plant at OMC carriage mixed material to work site spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with 80-100 kN Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification of MORTH.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M10) in open foundations using 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH..for Bed

VRCC M-20 Design mix (Cement: fineaggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shutteing for culvert slabs

Providing HYSD bars for re-inforcement for culvert slabs incuding cost and conveyance of materials to site and all types of labour charges for cutting, bending, tying with binding wire, placing in position including cost of binding wire and fabrication chrges etc., complete as per ss

Laying of Plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 / 53 grade at cement as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) at 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including curing of concrete slabs for 28- days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. Centering Charges for VCC vertical walls of plane surface including all type of labour charges (Open drains) for 600 mm and above.

Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 3 km beyond initial lead including loading, unloading and conveyance but excluding stacking charges etc., complete - 1 Cum.
