M&L for perparation of old decorated surface of walls (plastered/unplastered) including cornices, pilasters etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke, soot moulds, moass and effloroscent salts trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls all as speciied and directed

All as per item No 1 above but one coat of white wash on ceilings.

All as per item No 1 above but one coat of oil bound emulsion distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed

All as per iten No 01 above but one coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over and incl one coat of wall care putty on wall Complete all as spd and directed

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden : surfaces of any description postion and location not otherwise described over 10cms width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 6 above but applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) on steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
