M& L for scrapping, scrubbing with mechanical scrubber, cleaning of internal surfaces to walls, floors, roofs, drainage system with fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump,industrial vaccum cleaner etc of RCC UG clear water Sump & removing the accumulated sand/ silt from the chambers as described below and depositing where directed at a distance not exc 50 mtr of RCC UG Sump of capacity 0.20 to 0.30 LG (MAP & B line Pump House) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.(Note for item No19 to 24:- (i) Suitably blocking the incomming and outgoing wash out pipes for avoiding mud and foreign meterials deposited in the UG sumps & OH Reservoirs getting into pipes and chocking it prior to starting the cleaning. (ii) Bail out complete water remaining in the UG sumps & OH Reservior before cleaning the mud and other deposits. (iii) Manually remove deposited mud sludge and other foreign particles and deposit the same separately away from tanks in low laying areas and levelling as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (v) Disinfect the tank with FOA / WHO specified chemical and make the tank totally bacteria free. (vi) Apply a coat of black bituminous paint suitable for drinking water to MS ladders & other iron surfaces etc provided in UG sump, (vii) Writing of the date of cleaning of the UG sump with white letters on black background. (viii) Remove the blockage from inlet / outlet over flow pipes, refill the tank with water and supply water at supply timings, ensure satisfactory distribution. )
M & L for cleaning, scrapping, scrubbing with mechanical scrubber, cleaning internal surfaces of walls, floors, roofs, drainage system with fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump,industrial vaccum clener etc of clri-flocculator, clarifier and aeration tank of Filter plants by dewatering the tank, taking out mud/ sludge from the tank , deposits and debris from the walls & floor of the tank and flushing the tank after washing with bleaching powder solution of Clarifier tanks of Capacity 1.0 LG (Water Treatment Plant No -I & II ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M & L for cleaning, scrapping, scrubbing with mechanical scrubber, cleaning internal surfaces of walls, floors, roofs, drainage system with fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump,industrial vaccum clener etc of clri-flocculator, clarifier and aeration tank of Filter plants by dewatering the tank, taking out mud/ sludge from the tank , deposits and debris from the walls & floor of the tank and flushing the tank after washing with bleaching powder solution of Aeration system and all water channel (Water Treatment Plant No -I & II ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note for item No 24 to 26:- (i) Suitably blocking the incomming and outgoing wash out pipes for avoiding mud and foreign meterials deposited in the Clari- Flocculator, Clarifier tanks etc & swimming pool & balancing tank getting into pipes and chocking it prior to starting the cleaning. (ii) Bail out complete water remaining in the Clari- Flocculator, Clarifier tanks etc before cleaning the mud and other deposits. (iii) Manually remove the deposited mud sludge and other foreign particles and deposit the same separately away from tanks in low laying areas and levelling as directed by Engr-in-charge. (iv) Clean the floor wall and roof of the Clari- Flocculator, Clarifier tanks etc by jetting water using rotary pressure jets, remove the sludge so deposited completely by rubbing the wall / floor with brushes and repeat removal and depositing (Approved detergent shall be used) (v) Cleaning of overflow drainage of Clari- Flocculator, Clarifier tanks etc, with suitable chemical complete all as specified and directed (vi) Disinfect the tank with FOA / WHO specified chemical and make the tank totally bacteria free.)
Supply & Install of liquid chlorine gas conforming to IS-646 specification by in empty cylinder of 100kg capacity including testing. Note: i) Empty chlorine gas cylinder of capacity 100 Kgs (10 Nos) will be issued by department free for filling chlorine gas extra cylinder required shall be arranged by the contractor . ii) Contractor will be responsible for any damage caused during transportation of chlorine cylinder and will make good if damaged without any extra cost to the department iii) Necessary arrangements will be made by the contractor so that at least two tonner of 100 Kgs is always available as reserve with the department in phase manner as and when required as directed by EIC. iv) Items rates deemed to be included for replacement of unserviceable cylinder valve (ISI marked), valve cap and testing as required all as required for filling of cylinders rent of cylinder. (In case issued by Department rejected by the plant authorities) v) Items rate deemed to be included for necessary testing of chlorine cylinder before gas filling and test certificate to be produced to department. vi) Empty cylinders shall be issued at filtration plant at Inf lines. Net quantity shall be measured and paid
M&L for carrying out Drinking water & Raw water for chemical and bactorigical test as per IS:10500-2012 viz,Colour Hazen units, Arsenic (as As), Turbidity NTU, Solids Dissolved (TDS) Mg/l, pH value at 25 Deg c, Total Hardness (as CaCO3), Calcium (as Ca), Magnesium (as Mg), Chloride (as CI), Sulphate (as SO4),Nitrate (as NO3), Fluorides (as F), Total Alkalinity, Detergents, Lead (as Pb), Sulphide (as H2S), at an NABL accredited lab and submission of test reports in 10 days time from date of collection of sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Supply and unloading wherever directed by engineer incharge of Commercial alumina ferric Grade-IV having 99% purity, density 1.71 Gram per cubic centimeter as per ISO 9001 :2015 and Msme certified complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe line and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Removing excavated meterial to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Taking down/ up old unsv CI Pipe line of 100 mm dia bore including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying, jointing & testing of 100 mm dia Ductile iron (DI), pressure pipes with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-9, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS:8329/ 2000 (latest revision) and other relevant standards and metallic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) in any length with inside cement mortar lining laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
