Extraction/Removal of 300mm dia NRV from piping system by required manual and mechanical means.
Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 300mm dia NRV using appropriate means of transport like auto-rickshaw upto a lead of 20km per trip.
Dismantling of 300mm dia NRV for repairs or replacement of parts such as hinge pin/ seat ring/ disc face/ hinge repairs, etc. and reassembling of all parts of dismantled valve and testing.
Repairing of reflux valve by way of replacement of indispensable accessories viz., M. S flap along with EPDM washer complete, repairing of reflux valve body by required welding and providing and fitting of top cover gasket, nut bolts etc. The detail here as: a) MS flap/weight plate of dia 300mm fabricated out of MS plate/disc 12mm thick along with EPDM washer, finished complete by required machining operations. Also includes providing and fitting of M.S. flap arm/lever complete as per requirement. b) Providing and fitting of M.S. hinge along with hinge pin complete fabricated out of 12mm M.S sheet fixed by proper mechanical operations viz. cutting, boring, reaming, welding and machining as per requirement. c) Repairing and finishing of existing seat of flap by required mechanical operations viz. cutting, welding, shaping etc. Also includes providing and fitting of O-ring as per requirement. d) Repairing of NRV body by welding 50cm. Providing and fitting of required rubber gasket for top cover/lid and nut bolts complete.
Disassembling of bye-pass system of 300mm dia NRV, repairing of same by way of providing and fitting of: i) 50 mm gate valve (Gun Metal heavy duty)... 01 No. ii) M.S. flange 50mm to be fitted by welding... 04 No. iii) Required nut bolts and gaskets. iv) Nipple 4 Inch… 02 No. v) Repairing of bye-pass system piping by required welding.
Assembling of all parts of dismantled valve, fitting in the piping system and testing.
