SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: B/R WORKS

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets.

S & F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI permeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to suurounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flages of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fateners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m lenght) of 0.55 mm thickness having urled web of 50mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specifieHangers 6 mm dia. S&F Seamless calcium silicate ceiling 12 mm thick made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F 8mm thick Exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

M& L for applying of 1 mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for applying two coats of Oil bound distemper including priming the surfaces with alkali resisrtant priming paint in ceilings complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames)

Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame)
