Removal of existing B.G. rail pole/ Tubular pole / spun pole duly breaking the coping and base PCC, excavating the earth upto 0.5mts depth from the ground level cutting the pole refilling the excavated earth and making the surface good to match the surroundings, returning the removed pole to E/M section stores /general stores as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and material

Removing of existing HT, 3 phase, 3 wire / 3phase 4 wire over head line including removal of HT pin/ disc insulators, cross arms etc. including opening cut points, jumpers and returning the removed material to general stores/E/M section stores as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour, tools, tackles, loading, unloading and transportation.(1 RKM is 3 Runs)

Removal existing cables with out any damage duly excavting the soil and to handover to the E/M store as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all men, material loading, unloading including transportation

Removal of existing street light / Flood light fittings from the Rail / spun pole /Highmast tower with any damage to the light luminaire and to handover to the E/M store as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all men, material,loading ,unloading including transportation

Supply & Laying of 3.5 core X 50 sq. mm, 1.1 KV, XLPE insulated &PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor Cable of approved brand conforming to IS. 7098 / Part - I, with sand cushioning and brick protection on either side and top of the cable including excavation complete as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour, material, tools & tackles. Transportation, erection and placement of 11 to 13 meters long S.H.B.G rails / Spun Poles / mini mast duly welded with a existing base plate of size 300X300X10 mm in the existing trench for poles / struts with all material, labour and tools as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(S.H.BG Rail / Spun poles / mini mast supply by VPT at free of cost)

Excavation of Trenches of required width for laying of GI pipes, cables etc., including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, suitable depth including getting out the excavated soil and the returning the soil including consolidating depositing layer as directed by Engineer in charge with all labour tools and tackles Hard / Dense soil

Cutting of WBM / RCC/ BT surface road with Pneumatic Jack hammer for providing of foundations for poles / laying of cables etc., As directed by Engr. I/c complete with all labour tools and tackles.

Supply and providing of P.C.C. 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded granite as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate (220 Kgs of cement per M3of finished concrete) including mixing, depositing in position, tamping, finishing and curing for base concreting, road cutting etc. as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and tools.

Supply and fabrication of steel by using suitable flats, angles, channels of required sizes to provide required cross arms, back clamps, formation of 2 Pole structures, for fixing of HT/LT pin/disc/shackle insulators, lightning arrestors, H.G Fuse sets, A.B. Switches including cutting, bolting, riveting, drilling, welding etc. including providing one coat of zinc rich epoxy paint primer complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of FRP hot moulded junction boxes of size 155 x 210 x 92 mm approx. hinged type door duly fitted with 4 Nos din type bus terminal connectors fixed on 3mm phenolic laminated sheet with suitable size Alu. Terminals to terminate cables of size up to 50Sq.mm including provision of single pole 6A 10KA MBC of any approved brand. Make : ELM / Sintex / Hensal or any approved make.

Supply ,laying & Clamping of 110 mm dia PN-10 grade HDPE pipe to the pole with existing clamps / in existing trench as directed complete all labour tools, tackles and materials. MAKES: TULASI/ KSP/ SUDHAKAR/NANDI

Supply and laying / Drawing of 40/50 mm dia, PE 80 grade(10Kgf/cm2) with suitable length HDPE pipes in the existing trench for entry of cables through PCC foundation of street light poles etc., as directed complete all labour tools, tackles and materials. MAKE: TULASI / SUDHAKAR / NANDI/KSP.
