M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation/ filling etc.as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation of new surface & priming paints plaster coat as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A rolled steel sections/hollow sections as in main and cross beams, purlins, where connected to common rafters and running rails fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of camoflague colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with hot dip galvanised self drilling fasteners with EPDM washers (one fastener on each crest) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F flat iron Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in wind ties including all necesaary drilling, bolting or riveting,etc as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete kerb stone for path type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate, including all mouldings with plain fair faces, chamfers, weathering and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joint to match all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Machine pressed precast concrete rubberised coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with 6mm thick top layer with white cement as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Flush pointing to squarred rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in CM (1:3) Finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for laying 450mm dia. Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for laying 600mm dia. Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 05 cm thick Jaisalmer stone slabas in chajjas/shelves,cills, landings, manhole cover, drain cover stones, etc and like n exc 2.00m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set & pointed in cement mortor 1:4, complete all as specified.

M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n exc. 400 Sqm and thickness exc 50 mm and up to 100 mm as specifeid & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 7.5 cm compacted thickness water bound macadam with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber required as specifeid & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing surfaces by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on unsurfaced water bound macadam as specifeid & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L forApplying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm as specifeid & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous premixed carpet of 30 mm consolidated thickness with 0.34 Cum of stone chippings mixed with 18.25 Kg of paving bitumen, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient as specifeid & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 Cum of sand mixed with 6.8 Kg of paving bitumen applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface as specifeid & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
