This is to confirm that we have verified the investment limits and other details of Unit

and certify that they satisfy the eligibility criteria as per MSMED Act, 2006 and other
notifications/circulars issued from time to time in this regard. Accordingly, M/s

and are eligible to claim the benefits of public procurement policy for the tender mentioned above.
