2.31 : Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

60.11.2 : Taking FLY LEVELS- from the nearest GTS BM and closing on the starting BM including conveyance of instruments etc along road or in heavily built up area or in roads with heavy traffic or in thick jungle ( out turn 4000 m / day )

60.11.4 : TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY IN RIVER-Conducting topographic survey in river , preparing contour maps showing 2m interval contours using Total Station with DGPS or its combinations thereof, taking cross sections at every 100m interval, showing other topographic features like inlet of other water ways, other manmade structures such as bridges, transmission lines, water carriage systems, etc, submission of survey reports with maps (plan, cross sections, longitudinal sections etc), plan in 1:1000 scale (standard A0) , Cross Section H:1000 and V:100 (standard A1) indicating the contour lines 2m interval,in digitized forms including supplying 5 soft copies CD/DVD, 5 hard copies of print outs etc complete. In river portion – out turn 2 ha/ day. Deduct banks of river and dry portion of river(if survey is conducting in drought period)

60.11.3 :TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY- Conducting topographic survey in banks of river & difficult terrain and preparing contour map showing 2m interval contour using total station with DGPS or other such combinations showing all topographic features like buildings, wells, waterways/ water bodies like ponds, canals, railway tracks, major and minor roads, culverts and crossings, telephone post and transmission towers of the entire area covered, and submission of survey reports with maps (plan, cross section, longitudinal section, etc ) in digitized as well as hard copy ( 5 Nos). Out turn 3 ha/day.

60.11.1 : FIXING TBM- Supplying and fixing TBM with RCC 1:1.5:3 pillar block having a size of 30*30*75 cm, steel reinforcement for RCC work, painting top and sides of pillar with synthetic enamel paint, lettering in the pillar block with 8cm high "TBM" on one face and the reduced level on the outer face, etc complete, fixed in CC1:3:6 using 40 mm metal 55*55*60 cm etc complete and centering and shuttering including strutting , propping and removal of form work for pillar and foundation. (Only painting and lettering on established departmental TBM are to be executed as balance work )
