8478/E8 COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR AND MAINT OF FENCING , FOOTPATH, DRAIN AND OTHER MISC WORK AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT BAREILLY MIL STATION UNDER GE (EAST) BAREILLY

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old barbed wire fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc.

Demolition of cement contrete(Reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL).all as directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation / mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size bricks in cement mortar, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified as directed

M&L 15mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering on fair faces of brick work is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified as directed

M&L Providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for copings on brick wall surfaces including weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating, as directed.

M&L in repairs for machine pressesd pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) kerb stone including weathering, slightly rounded or chemferred angles and throating complete all as specified.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors to receive surface of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for machine pressesd coloured glazed chequered cement concrete 25mm thick Glossy finish with mixture of grey and white cement in equal proportions and no pigment set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MS steel work in rolled section for sign board posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fiber sheets 2 mm thick of any colour having high tensile strength fixed with existing chain link fencing or on post with self screw and nut bolts all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note : Colour of Sheet shall be approved by GE

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation and filling around fencing post complete all as spd & directed .(Deduction for the portion of fencing post/strut embeded in concrete shall be made) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F M S Posts and struts in fencing (any size of angle) mm including cutting tops to shapes as directed including driling holes for bolting of MS flat iron in horizontal, vertical & diagnal faces of each pannel to be intertwined with Chain link fencing, and fixed to posts with MS nut bolts and washers, wind ties for sign board posts and struts, and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repairs chain link M S galvanised fencing (IS-272) mesh as required but weight of mesh not exc 4.0 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Weight of chain link per Sqm shall be finalised through BOO)

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate) mass concrete as in embadded 15 cm below, below up to 200 mm from above GL (from work paid seperately) for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of Rough finished surfaces of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete al as spd and directed

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provisons of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel grills framed work as such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways, m s railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or FE 310-0 all as specified and directed.

S & F 1.25 mm thick Mild steel, plain black sheet in steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc as required complete including cutting out of existing sheet if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type A 2, M-20 graded 20 mm graded coarse stone aggregate (nominal mix) as in floor, concrete surfaces finished fair even laid in bays n.exc 2 m in length & joints filled with alminium strip 50mm high complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors, gates and cattle fencing of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,tubular sec of angular, square or rectangular etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and fastening and fixing complete FE 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete M-30 (20 mm graded aggregates) as in drain cover slabs supported on wall (width of drain n exc 3.0 mtr) used 10mm, 12mm or 16mm bar complete all as specified (Note:reinforcement to be measured & paid under respective items).

M&L for 10mm dia and over mild steel TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, quality of steel conforming to demormed or twisted bars Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-coated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F 0.80 mm plain galvanised Mild steel sheeting in ridge, hips, valley gutter,drip and straight flashing class8 with zink coating @ 120 gms /sqm fixed with L- type or J- type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M& L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor / pavings complete all as specified and directed

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified

M&L in repairs for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paver block, Glossy finish and shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over and including 50 mm thick stone dust or sand base and compacted using vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paver block, Glossy finish and shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 100 mm thickness M-50 grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over and including 50 mm thick stone dust or sand base and compacted using vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of syntetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
