Earth work in excavation by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator) manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth 1.5 in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Earth rates for quantities of works, executed in or under foul position, including pumping out water as required

Earth work excavation for filling in ordinary soil within a combined lead 1 Km including loading/unoading and carriage.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing ,including cost of curing , admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-Chief M-15 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work,using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement ,including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete , improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . All works upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for foundations, footings, basis of coloums.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttrosses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding , wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level Thermo-Mechanically treated bars of grade Fe 500D

Providing and fixing 20 mm thick compressible fibre board in expanshion joint complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonary/plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV:20H towards drawing foce, complete as per drawing and Technical specifictions.
