Making/cutting of necessary holes of different sizes (as required) at the machine room floor by necessary electric cutter machine/ welding machine etc. and cutting pockets (in/c cutting of marbles/tiles) at lift front wall on every floor for installation of floor indicator switch, fire alarm, emergency switch or necessary suitable arrangement (like groove on door frame)for the same as per design scope of manufacturer, chipping /cutting of every lift entrance for fitting of door frame and lift well if required, cleaning of pit of Lift well including arrangement of necessary scaffolding , etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
Making of required nos. of Concrete pedestal or a MS Channel / angle structure which can endure the requisite load of main motor & Lift Traction machine in/c base made of approved quality ISMC(150x75/ 200x75/225x80 /250x80 mm) for installation/ mounting on the machine room floor & making 02-03 nos pedestal (MS structure or Concrete) for installation of controller, Governor and ARD at machine room in/c necessary works of machine room floor for mounting of all these accessories and making of 02-03 nos pedestal (MS structure or Concrete) at Pit of the lift well for installation of buffer spring of lift in/c centering, shuttering & necessary electrical wiring in the shaft and necessary electrical works in the machine room beyond existing electrical installation etc. complete for installation and commissioning of lift as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
