Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:5 foundation and basement including simultaneously flush

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" incl.cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane including all cost and conveyance etc complete.,

Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for straightening, cutting to length, bending to shape and tying in position and formng grills for all R.C.C works

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labours charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Providing Granolithic floor finish with CC 1:2:4 using 10-12mm hbg jelly including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crused stone M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers (Old Tiles 60% & New Tiles 40%)

Supply fabrication of steel structure incl.cost and conveyanc of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thickand steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Distembering two coats with best approved colour with Priming Coat over the new plastered surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges etc complete. For INNER WALL and Ceilling

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of pairs putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and painting two coats Old Iron work such as steel doors ventilators, window bars etc., (WITHOUT PRIMER)
