Design, Supply, Construction, Testing & Commisioning of 10.00 lakh ltr capacity with 25mtr high staging RCC ESR and piping arrangement up to 5 Mtr from external face etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(Part-B) Laying of Clear water rising main and other ancillary work

Supplying of all materials labour T &P for Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil in pipe line trench within 1.50m initial lift and depositing the soil within 50m initial lead including rough dressing & leveling the bed etc complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Laying in trenches Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron pressure, socket and spigot pipes Class-K7 Conforming to IS:8329 - 2000 of the following nominal diameter including transportation from departmental store as per specification complete. ( Earth work in trenches, jointing of pipes, specials and fittings to be measured separately).250mm dia -D.I.K9 Pipe

Supplying all materials,labour and T&P for filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials(in all kinds of soil)

Supplying all materials,labour and T&P and making tyton rubber ring joints for D.I. pipes and specials of the following diameter including testing of joints as per specification all complete.(Labour Only). (a) 250mm dia joints

Providing flanged joints conforming to IS:3114-1994 to flanged C.I/D.I pipes and fittings of the following nominal diameters including testing of joints, cost of bolts and nuts and rubber insertions as per specification complete. (a) 250mm dia joints.

GSM/GPRS modem - Supplying , Installing and Commissioning of SMS based ON / OFF operation of pumps at remote locations with test & trial including one year guaranty & two year comprehensive maintenance including SIM card & SMS charges. Wireless Motor Controller is suitable for all range of electrical motors and starters and pump sets. It shall protect pump set from dry run. Controller shall have inbuilt battery and charges automatically. Controller shall be controlled through SMS, Call, IVRS or Smart Phone application (All controlling modes are must). Earth work in ordinary soil within 50mtr initial lead and 1.5mtr initial lift including rough dressing and breaking of clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3mtr in depth as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed.
