Operation and Maintenance of Mechanical Escalator Machines at NRCP & Nalla Channel DP Station in RMC for A Period of 1 Year.

Charges towards overhauling of mechanical screens, conveyor drums, conveyor belts, and bearings, including carrying out necessary minor repairs, replacement of worn-out components wherever required, and providing lubricants, greasing, and oiling. The scope also includes labour charges for dismantling, repairing, reassembling, erection, testing, and commissioning of the equipment, complete in all respects, as directed by the departmental authorities.

Supply and Delivery of Conveyor Ideal Drums Monoblock type heavy duty small bearings of approved Standard make including cost and conveyance of all materials to work spot and all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

Charges for Ideal Roller Drum Shafts bearing sittings both sides SS welding and machining work including cost and conveyance of all materials to work spot and all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

Supply and Delivery of Drum Big Bearing of approved Standard make including cost and conveyance of all materials to work spot and all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

Supply and Delivery of Drum Small Bearing of approved Standard make including cost and conveyance of all materials to work spot and all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.
