NOTE: (1) Price should be submit online (n)Procure website only. Price bid submitted

any other mode will not entertain in any matter.

(2) Quantity will be finalized as per requirement at the time of placing of work

(3) In case of not mention about GST, bidder’s rate will be treated including

GST and at the time of bill separately GST will not be paid.

(4) Supplier may have to submit the sample to the office as per

recommendation.

(5) Order Amount is not more than tender amount.

(6) Delivery to be done @ Amreli-1 Divisional Store & you have to bare all

expense like transportation & other expenses.

(7) All risks regarding delivery of goods is to be levied on contractor.
