Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Excavation in Earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto 20 m and lift up to 1.50 metres, disposed eath to be levelled and neatly dressed 50% spread work and 50% pick work.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-20 grade cement concrete with M.S.A upto 40 mm, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, admixtures as per direction of Engineer-incharge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 300 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Add/deduct for using excess/less cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein..(Fixed rate item @ Rs 7.46/Kg and to be paid as per actual quantity).

Grouted anchore bars 32 mm dia.-4.0 m length.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. - Deformed reinforcing bars Grade Fe500.

.Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.
