M&L for Cleaning of RCC Semi underground reservoir / tank to be cleaned from silt and scrapping the internal surfaces of the tank with wire brush, removing the fungus, deposited on the internal surface and removing the scrap material not exceeding 100 mtr away from site and washing the reservoir/UG sump with bleaching powder solution including applying two coats of lime wash on internal surface of wall including ceiling, floor complete and writing “TANK CLEANED ON ………..” on external surface with white paint on black base including preparation of surface & applying two coats of cement based paint on the external surface. The letter height should not less than 4" for 1 lakh liters capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of iron reservoir tank to be cleaned after removing/draining out, silt and scrapping the internal surfaces of the tank with wire brush, removal of all the fungus, deposited on the internal surface and removing the scrap material not exceeding 100 mtr away from site and washing the complete tank with bleaching powder solution including painting internal surface with epoxy paint complete all as specified and providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint on external surface of tank and writing “TANK CLEANED ON ………..” on external surface with white paint on black base. The letter height should not less than 4" complete all as specified and directed by EIC for tanks of capacity 25000 Ltr.

Supply & laying 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc including all necessary fittings such as T, Bend, Joints, Nipple etc of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out submersible pump of any capacity from bore well and lowering into bore well after repairing/rectification of defects in submersible motor pump(Note-Repairing of pump and motor will be measured and paid separately).

Repair to submersible motor assembly of capacity 25 HP by dismantling unserviceable motor by cutting, wornt out copper winding as per specification,coupling etc and replacing with new copper winding and necessary parts with necessary connections and testing then Reassembling with the pump and motor including scrubbing and painting to motor complete as directed as specified by engr-in-charge.

Repair to submersible pump of capacity 25 HP by dismantling unserviceable pump by replacing, wornt out impeller sets and replacing with new impeller sets, motor pump coupling etc complete as directed as specifed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair and maintenance of centrifugal electric driven self priming pump set of capacity 40 HP by disconnecting the electric connection,removing from site and dismantling it and replacing the worn out motor shaft,bearing, worn out winding and replacing with as per existing specification, repair to centrifugal pump by replacing the worn out impeller, shaft, gland, nuts and bolts and refixing at same position all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Calcium hypochlorite base granular disinfaction having 70 to 75 % free chlorine content for water treatment in 45 Kg drum.

S&F in replacement of Three Phase automatic star delta starter suitable for centrifugal pump/ submersibile pump set of capacity 12.5 HP, over load relay and short ckt protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr In charge.

S&F in replacement of MS column pipe up to 50mm dia heavy duty medium grade' with MS flanged and drilled at both ends duly threaded and welded of 3 mtr long alongwith cut for passing the submersible cable including bolts, nuts, washers and rubber insertions packing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of PVC insulated and sheathed submersible cable flat three core copper conductor cable size 4.0 sqmm 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694/1990.

All as per above Srl item No 31.00 here-in-before but cable size 6.0 sqmm 1100 volts grade

S & F in replacement of unserviceable lead acid maintenance free battry 12 Volts 180 AH battery complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair of leakage of water supply line including necessary excavation up to 1.5 m depth in hard /dense soil with returning filling and removal of excavated soil and testing of pipeline after reparing complete all as specified and directed by engr-in charge. Note - Any connected items required for repair of pipe line such as Bend, socket, Aluminium sheet, Anti freezing cable or etc are included in quoted rate).

M&L for taking down of existing Dozing pump of make Declibec Technologies from site, dismentling each parts, cleaning/ servicing of Chlorine dozing pump set complete, re-assembling and fixed at site,testing complete all as specified. Note : Minor parts required for servicing shall be included in rate quoted.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of booster pump set of cap 0.5 HP, 230 volts, 1 phase, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make -Crompton (model No- MINI-FORCE II) or Equivalent

Chlorin test kit with coloured sample complete with OT solution in rexine finish Box. Make - Rmco/Declibec Technologies/Aquasol

Construction of valve pit of size 120CMx120CMx120CM (Internal dimension) of double brick masonary with internal plastering from the top of surface including cover of MS sheet 3.15mm thick and angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with hinges and locking arrangement including painting with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide and grouting to PCC 1:2:4 plastering in cement morter 1:3, foundation concrete 1:3:6 including necessary earthwork including demolition of old valve chamber complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair heating element of 1.5/2.0 KW with temperature controll device complete fixed in PUF tank of capacity500/1000Litres and make connection with three core pvc insulated overall sheathed cable of size 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. The heating element shall be fixed at 200mm above bottom of tank as such no leckage occurs. Note: Any other material required for complete the job shall be included in overall cost quoted.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 76480.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
