REPAIR TO ALUMINIUM WORK AND ROOF TREATMENT INCL REPAIR TO CHAJJAS AND OTHER MISC WORK IN ZONE-III AND ZONE IV UNDER GE (WEST) BAREILLY.

Removal of existing treatment any thickness and wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles and roofs to preparation of surface for applying in primer and bitumen.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) as in, levelling course with to be finished even and fair without using extra cement on roof surface / chajja (thickness of concrete will be provided as per site requirement and as directed by engr-in-charge) roof kerbs, coping, benching etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick redering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg of cement on concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- WPC shall be measured and paid separatly)

Supply & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, Aquaflex having 10 years guarantee for water tightness all as specified and described as under:- (a) Preparation of RCC roof surface and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surface, all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.(b) Supply & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric proofing membrane not less than 3Kg/Sqm HYPERPLAS STANDARD/MULTIPLAS STANDARD consting of 100micron HMHDPE film centre core including coating the surface with the bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlaps and longitudinal edges 15 cm at the ends as required thereof, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying two coat of Aluminium paint over a APP membrane surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth as specified and directed

M&L for Making of angle fillets 75 mm X 75 mm on L joints on the terrace’s periphery with Nerolac Perma Repair Polymer

M&L for Providing and laying a fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane with resilient polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105. Forms a thick, seamless, durable membrane thus offering ultimate waterproofing with tensile strength 2.5 mpa, elongation of more than 500% and resists up to 10 bars of water pressure when executed in 2-3 coats. One coat of selfpriming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution 30%) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). Operation should be complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Insert roof tape on all the corners.

Demolition of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl item No 09 above but except bricks (old dismantled serviceable bricks obtained from Srl item No 08 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar)
