Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder VG-10 after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm ( Seventy five Millimetre ) as per Technical Specification Clause 505 includind hauling carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by manual mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(VG-10 )

Providing and Laying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion ( RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30kg(Zero point two five to zero point three zero Kelograme ) per Square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydroulic broom as per techanical specification clause 503. including hauling carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (thirty milimetre) thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75( seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-10 ) @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including hauling carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compund 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre)thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 (two hundred fifty)gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre) is exclusive of surfce applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surfce to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of hill side drain in accordance with the requirement of specification true to line and M-10 (ten) grade . Dimension and other particular as per drawing and technical specification clause 1606.1 including hauling carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. .
