S&F of non-woven geo-textile as per Table 700-5: Geo-textile requirements for separation (Sub grade Soaked CBR<3). Method of installation as per Clause 702.3.3 of MoRTH Specifications for Roads and Bridges, 5th revision to include supply and fixing of any accessories as specified by the manufacturer of non-woven geo-textiles. Geo-textile to be of Type 1 for harsh installation condition as per Table 700-1: Minimum Geo-textile Strength property requirement, Qty will include with overlap & installation complete all as specified and as directed Make:- Strata, Maccaferri, Birla cCorporation Ltd, suntech geo-textile or equivalent.

S&F and installation of Multi-axial Geo Grid after every 3 layers of reinforced soil or No of layer as speciied by designer. Manufactured through punch and stretch using Polypropylene (PP) having hexagonal structure with ribs oriented in 3 directions forming triangular shaped apertures capable of distributing loads equally in complete 360o. The item to include S&F of required straps and connectors to able to connect and provide reinforcement to the RE wall by connecting to the facial elements. The junction strength should be more than 90%, radial stiffness should be more than 350KN/m as per MORTH specification chapter 700 table 700-7. Item to include all tools and acessories for installation of geogrid as per manufacturer's recommendation complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and installation of geocells (including compaction of soil within the geocells) made from HDPE strips welded together into a 3-D cellular structure having a height in the range of 80-100mm filed with soil. The geocells should meet the BIS standards. The soil in the geocells to be vibrated using a plate compactor having a capacity of minimum 3-5 tones.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 250mm thick compacted thickness Granular sub base(GSB) course grading as per Grade-V as specified Table 900-I of MoRTH specification for road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grade of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibrator roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum dry density. Consolidating to required gradient and chamber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

M & L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm each, grading as per Table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of unsurfaced WBM/WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc.sweepimg with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen of viscosity VG 30 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre using paving bitumen of viscosity VG 30 complete all as specified and a directed.

S&F Road Studs/Cat eye the body of stud is made of ABS material two reflectors are fitted in the body. The road stud is dynamically designed so that it can bear load upto 25 Tons and its impact strength is about 230 KN weight of stud is 130 gms. Body colour Yellow with swareflex beads of size 100mm X 19mm. fixed on roads by nail at intervals as directed by engineer -in-charge.

M&L for thermoplastic road marking paint, white or golden yellow, conforming to BS-3262 applied on road/ pavement as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, 10/15 cm in width & of thickness not less than 2 mm, with and including combination of retro-reflective glass beads 250-300 gm/ Sqm all as specified & directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified as directed.

S&F Solar road studs aluminium alloy shell size 125x125x25mm with protection glass on two sides Model No. SE - SRLS 7501 of Shakti or equivalent, including preparation of road surface fixed with adhesive complete all as specified & fixing as per manufacturer instruction.

Supply and fixed metal tubular delinator made out of the ABS round body fitted with 02 No 65 mm dia reflective reflector made out of the PMMA and mounted on 50 mm dia mild steel pipe 600 mm height duly powder coated thermo platic elastomer 6 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strip with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embeding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 x 150 x 300 mm), type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD- 4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).
