Taking down/dismantling carefully old pump set of capacity 75 HP of any type and any make including motor from foundation by disconnecting all electrical and water connections of pump set and depositing the same to MES store yard including transportation from site to MES store yard including demolition of foundation and site clearance complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Old Pump Set will be property of the department and shall be deposited to AGE E/M store yard by contractor. (ii) All T&P/Vehicle for loading, shifting, unloading, etc of pump set shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iii) If pump set or any of its part is lost or damaged during the execution of this item by the contractor’s workmen, the same shall be provided / repaired by the contractor at his own cost complete to the entire satisfaction of GE.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of centrifugal pump set, Diesel Engine driven, Back pull out type of discharge not less than 136 Cum/hr at 70 metre head 2280 LPM, suitable for nominal speed 2150 RPM for lifting clear water having bronze impeller, CI casing, shaft & shaft sleeve made of SS-410 with pump efficiency not less than 78% directly coupled with Diesel Engine capacity not less than 45 KW/60 HP with nominal speed 2150 RPM, with & including first filling Engine Oil, Coolant, 12V Battery (01 No.) with cable & lugs, radiator including Fuel tank of capacity not less than 150 Ltr with MS Stand complete for output of 50 Hz ± 3%, 415 V ± 10%, IP-55, compliance of latest Indian Standard, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Kirloskar Pump Model No. "KFP 80/320" & Engine Model No. "KIRLOSKAR/4R1040" or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Notes :- (a) Both pump and motor shall be mounted on a common mild steel base frame assembled by the manufacturer of the pump itself and not by any authorized dealer / workshop / representative / sister concern, etc. Cost of mild steel base frame with nut, bots, washers etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (b) Suitable vibration pads as per manufacturer’s recommendation and all standard accessories shall be provided alongwith pump set and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. Item No. 2 Contd/- (c) Cost of addition / alteration to suction and delivery side of existing pipes and water connections etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (d) Pump Set with base frame shall be placed on PCC foundation all as per manufacturer's instructions and cost of PCC foundation shall deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item. (e) Fuel for complete testing of pump set and first filling shall be provided to the contractor by the department free of cost.

Make of Pump : Kirloskar Model No. “DB 80/26” or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Make of Motor : Makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Jockey pump, electric driven, vertical inline type, 70 mtr head, discharge 10.8 Cum/hr, 180 LPM, suitable for nominal speed 3000 RPM, coupled with atleast 4 KW/5.5 HP prime mover with Stainless Steel casing, SS impeller & shaft, mechanical seal with 42x42mm suction & discharge, operated on 415V, 3 Phase, conforming to latest Indian Standard including all electric system connection/ starter as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. S&F 25 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 V grade, ISI marked, flat/ round submersible multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable for connection of pupmsets with water proof jointing material, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 16 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 V grade, ISI marked, flat/ round submersible multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable for connection of pupmsets with water proof jointing material, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing of MS ERW flanged pipe heavy grade (ISI marked) of 100 mm bore including necessary drilling, cutting, bending & welding in required shape including nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket, making short pieces as required for multi storeyed building with & including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including taking up or down existing MS pipe of 100mm bore of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing of MS ERW flanged pipe heavy grade (ISI marked) of 150 mm bore including necessary drilling, cutting, bending & welding in required shape including nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket, making short pieces as required for multi storeyed building with & including painting external surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including taking up or down existing MS pipe of 150mm bore of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing fire fighting canvas hose pipe, cotton synthetic fibre, circular woven jacketed rubberised fabric, reinforced rubber lined (RRL), fire hose, delivery, treated against Rot with mystox, 35.7 Kg/sqcm brust pressure, 22 Kg/sqcm proof pressure, 63mm dia & 15 metre long (ISI marked) Type 'A' with instantaneous type male & female GM coupling (ISI marked) of 63mm dia bound and riveted to hose pipe with copper rivets & 1.5mm thick copper wire, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing wall mounting swinging type first aid fire hose reel with drum, hanging brackets, 30 metre length x 20 mm dia high pressure hose reel tubing (ISI marked) with GM shut off nozzle having 5mm dia orifice. The hose reel shall confirming to IS:884-1985, drum made out of 2mm thick MS sheet shall be fixed on adjoining wall through anchor fasteners / cement concrete block for internal hydrant system, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & as directed. Make : JYOTI / DUNLOP or makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

S&F bourdon dial type pressure gauge 100 mm dia, suitable for range 0-21 Kg rating with brass isolation valve and pipe, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & as directed. Make : FEBING / TAYLOR / HGURU / FIEBIG or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F pressure switch universal type with & including wiring upto 10 mtr connection with suitable copper conductor cable, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- DANFOSS / HONEYWELL / SIEMENS / HGURU / FIEBIG or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F fully automatic Star Delta Starter in sheet steel enclosure suitable for centrifugal pump rating 60 HP, 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz with errection from the panel board to motor using proper lugs and well dressing holded by shaddles complete all as specified and as directed. Make: L&T Model No. MN-65 FASD, Cat No. SS94022 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Supply and fixing cast iron foot valve of size 150mm bore as per IS:4038 (ISI marked), ball type operation, flanged ends with rubber insertion sheet 3mm thick, nuts, bolts and washers including taking down old existing unserviceable foot valve of 150mm bore complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing Wafer Type CI Non Return Valve (NRV) of size 150mm bore, ISI marked, heavy duty, class ‘PN-1.6’, both ends flanged and drilled, including nuts, bolts, washer and neoprene rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable non return valve of 150mm bore.

Supply and fixing Non Return Valve (NRV) of size 50mm bore, cast iron body, as per IS 5312 (ISI marked), heavy duty, class ‘PN-1.6’, gun metal seat, both ends flanged and drilled, including nuts, bolts, washer and neoprene rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable non return valve of 50mm bore.

Dismantling & taking up carefully old serviceable 150mm bore Sluice Valve, cast iron body and refixing the same with & including all jointing material complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 150 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 150 mm bore, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 50 mm bore Gun metal gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable gate valve of 50 mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F 25 mm bore Gun metal gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable gate valve of 25 mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

Taking up/down old rusted/ worn out GI tubing & connections of 25 mm bore fixed in any position and S&F new 25 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade (ISI Marked) with & including all necessary fittings (ISI Marked) such as bend, tee, elbow, etc laid in trenches/ floors complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.
