M&L opening the manhole of septic tank, remove night soil and sediments including liquid by mechanical pumping into tanker lorry, cleaning internal surface with water and re-fix the manhole covers, taken away night soil & sediments from the respective vicinities on covered conveyance and dispossed off outside MoD land complete all as directed.
