A 3(1) Yearly routine on Port, Stbd and Centre gear box oil cooler are falling due in Jul/Aug 22. Following to be carried out:- (a) Cleaning and Pressure testing of oil cooler/ heat exchanger of all three Gear Boxes. (b) All inway job includes Cooler removal, dis-assembly, Chemical cleaning and pressure testing & fitment post assembly. All Sealing rings and gaskets are to be replaced. (Make: M/s ZF Marine Germany Model: ZF 7550, Type: Tubbe Stack, Total Oil coolers: 03 Nos, Test pressure : 30 bar)
(c) Check safety device including Gear Box earth connection. Following safety trips and alarm alongwith sensor of all three Gear Box system to be calibrated and prove for satisfactory operation. (i) Clutch Oil press alarm (ii) Lub Oil Temp alarm (iii) Low Clutch Oil press trip
