Earthwork in excavation by mecanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of te materials suc as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel,moorum of all varities , singles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock , soft rock, disintegrated rock, fissured, sattered decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such oter materials as described under appendix to these specification eiter in full or in parts as te case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclussive of chiselling, wedging, etc in all condition such as dry, moist, saturated,submerged, foul condition etc including providing barricading ,danger lighting , guarding as directed by the Engineer in charge wit 50m lead and alllifts etc as specified and directed etc complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in well steining excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement wit 1: 2 : 4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand :4 graded granatic or basaltic stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortor 1:5 ( 1cement :5 coarse sand ) in foundation and basement. Extra for labour in well lining cornics coping etc.

Providing High yield strength steel reinforcement bar (HYSD)/TMT steel reinforcement bar from secondary producers (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.
