Roof treatment

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- 1 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of applying : (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and fine sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. [Payment shall be made after submission of the product performance shall carry guaranteed for 7 years against any leakage] For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

Providing and laying 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles of approved size conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) jointed with gray cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joint with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Anti skid tiles : Ceramic Tiles 1st quality 400 x 400mm in all shades and designs.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes (working pressure 4 kg / cm2) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion: Single socketed pipe - 110 mm OD

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting brick work and fixing with cement mortar 1 : 4 (1cement : 4 fine sand) making good the wall etc. complete. 110mm

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

12 mm cement plaster of mix In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on new work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete.
