NOTE:- (1)The above amount is clear of all deductions and is exclusive of applicable GST. (2) Bids would be assessed on the basis of highest quoted License Fee (the “License Fee”) (in INR per sq. ft. per month) (exclusive of applicable GST) for each schedule separately subject to conditions specified under the Agreement (3) Authority has prescribed a reserve License Fee of INR 70 (Rupees Seventy only) per square foot per month (exclusive of GST). Any bid quoting a License Fee below the said reserve price for a Schedule shall be treated as non-responsive and shall be rejected from further consideration for that Schedule. (4) The spaces offered under this RFP are divided into multiple Schedules. Bidders may submit bids for one or more Schedules, as per their choice and eligibility. For the avoidance of doubt, evaluation and award shall be made Schedule-wise, and the Authority reserves the right to award one or more Schedules to a single bidder or to different bidders, based on the bids received and evaluation outcome. In the event that valid bids are received for any Schedule, the Authority may proceed to award such Schedule independently, without being obligated to award all Schedules or to make a composite award. (5) The Licensee shall pay to the Authority Rs. 5 per sq. ft. per month of the Licensed Space as Common Area Maintenances charges over and above the quoted license fee (6) The License Fee quoted by the Licensee as well as CAM for the offered space for 1st Year of operations shall be increased by 15% in every 3 years (7) Areas of scheduled bare Office Space specified in Schedule-I are approximate. Actual area handed over subsequent to issue of Letter of Acceptance & signing of the License Agreement shall be final. If the handed over area varies from the area specified in this RFP, the License Fees, Other Charges/ GST shall be chargeable on actual Carpet Area handed over
