A)Pump & Motor Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre-qualified reputed make open well submersible motor pump set, coforming to IS 8034/2002 and amended thereafter and BEE3 Star of rated discharge, and Head, with Bronze or Cast SS impeller, Brass Screws and CI FG 200 grade Pump Bowl / Diffuser with ISI mark.The pump shall be directly coupled to a continious rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor as per IS 9283,/ 1995 as amended thereafter,siutable for operation in AC 3 phase 415 V + /- 10%, 50 Hz + / - 5%,Duty Conditions : Discharge - 17.77 lps Total Head - 110 m Suction Head - 12 m Length of suction Pipe - 12 m B)Starter The MU-G50 FASD 50HP Fully Automatic Star Delta Starter Supporting motors up to 50HP with a relay range of 45-75A, at a rated voltage of 415V and a frequency of 50Hz, Equipped with a "No-Trip" mechanism, as per IEC 60947-1/IS, Rated Coil Voltage240V , of approx. size 455mm x 345mm x 485mm "automatic star delta starter" including 3 pole magnetic contactor with under voltage release - 3 Nos., CT operated Ammeter(65 mm dia) with suppressed scale, Voltmeter (65mm dia), Voltmeter selector swicth, Minature Circuit breaker, Thermal Overload relay, Air Break contactors suitable for next Standard higher KW rating, Single phasing preventor, dry running preventor and On/Off Push button switches, wiring with 1 sq.mm / 4 sq. mm copper pvc insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box, including the capacitor. as per IE rules and code of practice, for working 40 HP submersible pump sets at a time , considering all practical losses in Voltage and efficiency. C)Panel board Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of one number cubical type floor mounted MS fabricated dust and vermin proof common control panel board , suitable for providing control system for running these two motor pump sets at a time, suitable capacity MCCBs , providing suitable size Aluminium bus bar , provided with a common earth bus for the entire panel and inter connect with the MCCBs as per IE rules and code of practice. The panel shall be fitted on a common base frame on suitable foundation, for working 40 HP submersible pump sets at a time. D)Cabling work Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 185 sqmm x 3.50 core XLPE cables for the above pump set from panel board to starter and Copper Cable not below 25sqmm , 6 lines, from starter to motor, for working 40 HP Centrifugal pump sets at a time. considering energy conservation, including providing necessary Cable Tray of MS fabrication in side the building and sand filled brick trench, additional length allowance as loop for future repaire as per the direction of Engineer. E)Earthing Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe/plate eartihing Gl/copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor, starter, panel board etc. as per IE standards. F)Capacitor Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of heavy duty APF capacitor for the motor to get a power factor above 0.95. The capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834 G)Valves Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked CI double flanged sluice valve and Non retum valve of 150 mm dia. 1.60 PN pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support , for Non return valves and Sluice Valves , of reputed make. H)Suction and delivery pipe connections Supply and fitting of 150mm dia. best quality C class GI erection pipe, for a total length of 10 m. suitable for the above pump set with suitable flanges, bends, nut and bolts IR sheet packing etc. complete (erection pipe shuould be of 2m each with flanged joints, welded firmly inside and out side for the flange, to hold the heavy load, and for facilitating lifting and erection of motor inside the pump house) and connecting the delivery side ofthe pump with the valves and suitable specials to connect with the pumping main. I)General Conditions Warranty - 2 years (rate inclusive of 2 year warranty and maintenance during a period of 2 years from the date of commissioning), for Motor pump set and acessories supplied.

Painting of OHSR, Well and Pump house Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (Cup lock type ) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and / or pointing and / or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - ( 1) The evaluational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose, (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items of such works

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Water Quality Testing &Lettering Testing water sample from the source of scheme at any Government laboratory and submitting the report- both physical and bacteriological parameters.
