Strengthening work of internal roads of Block C of Anand Vihar Housing Scheme

Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be done from regular pits not exceeding 1/2 M. in depth and work embankment to be in 20 cm layer including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5M lifts and lead up to 8 km . The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30M distance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, excluding the cost of royalty of earth.

Surface Dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m. All kinds of soil.

Providing & laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, MORT&H - 406.

Providing and applying primer coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm. using mechanical means, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per Clause- 502 of MORT & H specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying tack coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per Clause - 503 of MORT & H specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Gr-II) with 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401, MORT&H - 401.

providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level: (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded storie aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)
