Contract Details

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & pavings n.exc 15cm thk (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floorings/pavement spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick complete including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L of Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block colour glessy finished rubber pressed any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade ® with Grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for chequred cement concrete tiles colour glessy finished rubber pressed 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured pigment over 20mm cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain Cement concrete in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete tybe B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in floor finish concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, lacing courses parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings, kneelers, bed plates, hold fasts block, filling on pressed steel door/ frame etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complite all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50m as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs, for manholes etc and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick with sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

M&L Preparation new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of exc 5.0 km under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
