Description of work

Supply and erection of LED Flood Light 100 watt, AC Supply voltage 140-270 volts, 50Hz+-3% (including BIS certified potted single driver with screen or laser printing logo LED driver) with pressure die cast or extruded luminium housing with control gear (IP 66 protection), THD<10%, CRI minimum 70, High power LED (with wattage 1 to 5 watt) with mandatory secondary lenses, toughtned glass fitting, 4 KV SPD within driver and 10 KV external SPD, Min 1K07, efficacy of LED fixture minimum 120 lumens per watt, 5 year warranty including their drivers coomplete in all respects as approved and desired by the Engineer-in-charge at site. LED Fittings as per specifications approved by Hon'ble Technical Advisor to Punjab Govt. vide Letter ION No. AT/2021/GL/1400-1422 dated 6/05/2021. Besides this the lighting fixtures manufacturers should have in house NABL accredited lab.

Supply and erection of Galvanized Steel Octagonal Pole (Sheet thickness 3mm) designed to with base plate designed to withstand wind speed 169km/ hour of suitable length Sheet Steel Confirming to IS 2062:2011 E350B0 (Yield Stress must be min 355 Mpa and Tensile Strength min 50) and thickness of Hot dip galvanization coating (70 microns) conforming to IS:2629/ IS:2633/ IS:4759, BSEN-ISO-1461- 1991 OR ASTM-A123/A123M-02. The pole shall be in single piece hot dip galvanized and shall be tapered towards the top. The bottom section shall have openable slot with exterior surface door & shall have suitable locking arrangement for housing three phase four wire cable connection, Bakelite sheet, MCB loop in and out arrangement for incoming/outgoing cables. There shall be suitable arrangement for earthing. Rigid base plate os suitable size and thicnkess shall be welded inside and outside at the bottom of pole shall be bolted on pre-cast foundation with a set of four foundation shall be erected over cement concrete M20 with steel of given size as per design of original pole manufacturer to fixed up to a required planting depth below ground level as required
