Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Removing of glass from 45mtr and 57mtr level including all materials,labours, tools& plants, scaffolding lifting &shifting of hiegh rise tower, all other charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for Circular glazing level of 45mt and 57mt on VTS Towerwith extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab top of 60mt Height VTS tower by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm,

Providing and laying SBR Polymer modified (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) plain/reinforced concrete jacket for the structural members e.g. columns, pillars, piers, beams etc with concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness all-round existing core of RCC member. Old wall - plaster surface

For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat. including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants , scaffolding etc., complete.

Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat. including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants , scaffolding etc., complete.

Dismantling carefully the existing broken glass and providinfg and fixing panes 4mm of window shutters and replacing the same with thick (Modi / saint Gobin) new glass panes horizontal/tinted fixed with teak wooden beedings 15 mm x 15mm, nails, at all heights, as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost of all materials,labours, tools& plants, and all other charges etc., complete.
