REPLACEMENT OF OLD DISTANCE PROTECTION/BUS COUPLAR PANEL AT 132 KV S/S RASARA UNDER ETD, BALLIA.

Following works are to be carried out at 132 KV S/S Rasra Dismantaling of old and outdated Distance Protetion panel and Bus Coupler panel by opening of control cable and cutting of earthing and other required work for completion of dismantling work satisfactory.

Taking out old control, protection and metering cables of installed equipment from cable trench and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory.

Erection of new Distance protection Panel 02 Nos. and 01Nos Control panel of 132KV Kasara-Rasra and Rasra-Sikandarpur line as per instruction manual of various equipment and technical specification including shifting of distance and control panel from store to control room (approx.distance 150 mtrs.)and placing it at proper place,grouting/welding it in place of dismantled Panel.

Dismantling of existing 01 Nos. 132 KV P.T (by small hydra) of 132 KV Kasara Bay by way of opening of connections, cutting of old earhing and Erection of 03 Nos. PT (02 no.at 132 KV Kasara bay and 01 no.at 132 KV Sikandarpur bay ) by small hydra and making and jointing of jumper from bus and all associated work to complete the job satisfactory.

Laying of following size of control cable in trench from control and relay panel to various equipments as per cable schedule.The work includes shifting of control cable from store to work site and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification. 2 C x 2.5 mm 2 unarmored

Termination of following size of cable as laid above as per cable schedule and interconnection drawing and fixing of cable gland ferrule, crimpling type lugs. The work includes making holes in glands plate as per requirement and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory. Earthing and painting of newly erected Distance protection relay panel, Control panel and 03 no. 132 KV PT with existing earthmat (earthing and paint material provided by contractor)

Shifting of dismantled old and outdated Distance Protetion panel and Bus Coupler panel and 1 no dismantled PT from control room ( switchyard) to J.E. store safely & carefully with the help of labour and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory.
